Genaux, VivicaThe in Alaska born singer is one of the international leading artists of the baroque-repertoire in completely 41 roles (25 breeches parts), whom she sings at the international important Opera Houses. Numerous recordings complete the performances of the international reknown Mezzosoprano, who won numerous awards. She created inter alii 2009 Vivaldi’s Ercole at Théâtre de Champs-Elysées, Rossini’s L’italiana in Algeri in Turino and at Pittsburgh Opera as well as with Concerto Köln in Sao Paolo and Buenos Aires, gave her debut in St. Denis in Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater and Händel’s Il pianto di Maria, sang Constanza ( Haydn: L’isola disabitata) with the Bamberger Symphonikern and Arsace (Rossini: Semiramide) at the New York Caramoor Festival.
At Theater an der Wien she made her debut in 2008 as Polinesso (Händel: Ariodante) and will return in Haydns Il mondo della luna as Ernesto.
