The native Tyrolean studied at Mozarteum, before she created sets and costumes for Freie Volksbühne Berlin, for example Strindberg’s Rausch with Werner Heinrichmöller as well as at Mannheim Lessing’s Philotas with Jens Schmiedl, Bernhard’s Die Jagdgesellschaft at Stuttgart with Hans-Ulrich Becker, at Thalia-Theater Hamburg Shakespeare’s Wie es euch gefällt with Jürgen Flimm and at Burgtheater Bond’s Die See with Andrea Breth. She often works with Martin Kušej, inter alia at Staatstheater Stuttgart on Jahnn’s Strassenecke, Sophokles’ Ödipus, at Schauspielhaus Hamburg Kleist’s Der Prinz von Homburg, at Graz Strauss’ Salome, at Burgtheater Horvath’s Glaube, Liebe, Hoffnung, at Staatsoper Berlin Bizet’s Carmen, at Opernhaus Zürich Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte and Schumann’s Genoveva. She is creative director of Circus, Büro für Kommunikation und Gestaltung as well as editor-in-chief of Quart Heft for Kultur Tirol.
