The German Bass-Baritone Andreas Wolf made his opera debut in Monteverdi‘s L'Orfeo as Pastore and Spirito conducted by René Jacobs. During the summer of 2008 he appeared at the Opera Festival in Aix-en-Provence as Nanni (Haydn: L’infedelta delusa) conducted by Jérémie Rohrer.
Most recent appearances include Guglielmo (Mozart: Così fan tutte) at the Opera Festival of Beaune, the Opéra de Toulon and the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, concerts with Andreas Spering and Cappella Augustina, a CD recording with Harmonia Mundi alongside Andreas Scholl and a tour with William Christie and Les Arts Florissants in some of the world most prestigious concert halls.
Upcoming engagements include amongst others a CD recording and concerts with Rias Kammerchor, Littore & Tribune in L'incoronazione di Poppea in Madrid’s Teatro Real, Aeneas in Dido and Aeneas with Les Arts Florissants in New York and Moscow and Curio in Handel’s Giulio Cesare at Salle Pleyel in Paris alongside Cecilia Bartoli.
