After his studies at Frédéric-Chopin-Academy at Warschau and his successful debut the soprano-countertenor performs in opera and concert internationally at Opera Houses and Concert Halls such as Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Bayerische Staatsoper and Hamburgische Staatsoper. Recently he performed amongst others at Theater Stuttgart in Handel’s Teseo, as Adschib in Henze’s L’Upupa at Semperoper Dresden and as Nerone in L’incoronazione di Poppea at the new Opera Oslo with Alessandro de Marchi. Future plans include amongst others Hölzky’s (based on Steffani) Niobe, Regina di Tebe at the Opera House at Lissabon and at Royal Opera House Covent Garden. In 2003 he got awarded as Singer of the year by the magazine “Opernwelt”, on July 1st 2007 the TV-Channel Arte broadcasted a portrait of him for the first time. At Theater an der Wien he performed at last Nerone (Monteverdi: L’incoronazione di Poppea).
