After studying at Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique her talent got discovered by William Christie. She made her debut with him in Rameau’s Hippolyte et Aricie at Opéra national de Paris and works regularely with Les Arts Florissants. Beside the baroque repertoire she sang inter alii Ophélie (Thomas: Hamlet) and Delibes’ Lakmé at Toulouse, Massenet’s Manon at Opéra Bastille, Olympia (Offenbach: Les contes d’Hoffmann) and Sophie (Strauss: Der Rosenkavalier) at Wiener Staatsoper, Blonde (Mozart: Die Entführung aus dem Serail) at Zurich, Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro) at Nancy and Morgana (Händel: Alcina) at Teatro alla Scala, Despina (Mozart: Così fan tutte) at Salzburg and Berg’s Lulu at Geneve. She works very close with Nikolaus Harnoncourt. Since 2007 she is exclusive artist for Deutsche Grammophon. At Theater an der Wien she has performed many times after her debut in 2000 as Sophie ( Massenet: Werther), at last as Aspasia (Mozart: Mitridate, Re di Ponto) in 2009.
