They could use this magic fish to end their terrible poverty! Soon the family is living in the lap of luxury, but in the end they all have to pay a price for their constant wishes. Gold! is a modern fairy tale about what really counts in life. Leonard Evers tells the spellbinding story, which is based on an old tale, using only a singer and a drummer. One of the greatest successes of children’s and youth opera over the last 15 years can now be experienced for the first time in a new production in Vienna.
