We invite you to discover the newly refurbished Theater an der Wien

The weekend after the reopening of the Theater an der Wien, we extend a very warm welcome to our patrons to explore the redesigned interior both in front of the stage and behind the scenes. On this open day, the Theater an der Wien will become a place to discover, with a wide range of activities for young & all. We demonstrate what the new stage technology can do, show visitors the normally hidden rooms behind, beside and below the stage, give the youngsters the chance to transform themselves for a day with the help of our make-up artists, and stage a special concert at which visitors can join in the singing at the MusikTheater an der Wien.
