# INSIGHTS

A musical theatre production requires the input of many people, only a small number of whom appear on stage. That is why it is important to us to involve students of non-performing disciplines in our productions. We offer trainee set designers, dramaturges, press officers and many others the chance to sit in on classes, visit rehearsals and take part in preparatory and follow-up discussions so that they can gain intensive first-hand insights into musical theatre and put forward the numerous ideas they have.

In the 2023/24 season we will again offer job shadowing in various departments. You will find the current announcements here soon.
