THEATER AN DER WIEN

The Theater an der Wien has level access, two wheelchair spaces (on the ground floor), a lift to the wardrobe and a wheelchair-accessible WC.

Please book wheelchair places (one accompanying person possible) ideally up to one week before the performance by telephone +43 1 58885-111 or in person at our box office (Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sundays and public holidays on performance days 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.) so that we can prepare your stay with us. We are also happy to accommodate last-minute requests up to the day of the performance itself.

Price: EUR 10,- (wheelchair space) or 50% reduction for the accompanying person

Visitors with a disability identity card will receive a 50% discount at the Theater an der Wien until one week before the respective performance exclusively at the box office upon presentation of the disability identity card.

KAMMEROPER

The Kammeroper does not have a wheelchair space in the 23/24 season. From the 24/25 season, there will be a wheelchair space and a wheelchair-accessible WC in the Kammeroper.

KAMMEROPER

The Kammeroper does not have an inductive hearing system.

Guide dogs and partner dogs with identification, may be taken into the auditorium of the Theater an der Wien as well as the Kammeroper with a leash and muzzle. For this purpose, it is necessary to book a corner seat in the close area of the exit. To book an appropriate seat, please contact the advance booking offices of Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, the Wien-Ticket Pavillon next to the Wiener Staatsoper or Wien-Ticket by telephone: +43 1 58885-111.

It is noted that it is at your own discretion to decide and assess whether a visit to the performance is possible for the dog without adverse health effects (volume, lighting effects, etc.) as well as without disturbing the stage show and the audience (especially by staying quietly in the square, etc.).

For the sake of good order, it is noted that in this context any liability on the part of VBW is fully and expressly excluded.

KAMMEROPER

Take advantage of the convenient parking at the BOE-Garage, Morzinplatz 1 (Franz-Josefs-Kai), 1010 Vienna for a relaxed visit to the theater.

You can park there - just a 5-minute walk from the Kammeroper on Fleischmarkt - at the reduced cultural rate of EUR 6.50 on the day of the performance from 6 pm to 7 am the next day.

You will receive the KAMMEROPER DISOUNT ticket at the evening box office (1 hour before the performance) at the Kammeroper.

IMPORTANT: Take a parking ticket when entering the garage. When you return to the parking garage after your visit to the theater, first insert your parking ticket into the ticket machine, then the disount ticket. You will then receive the cultural rate of EUR 6.50 which you then pay directly on site at the machine.
