anniversary year Schönberg 150
The starting signal for the "Arnold Schönberg 150" anniversary year was given on 13 December with a press conference at the Arnold Schoenberg Center. The coming year is dedicated to the Viennese composer, whose 150th birthday is in 2024. Numerous institutions are celebrating the anniversary. A total of 129 events by 26 partners at 16 locations are planned for the first half of the year, including concerts, readings, international masterclasses, various exhibitions and performances focussing on Schoenberg.
