With Hannes Schöggl - Marimba
In the workshop "Amahl Rhythm & Drawing - Sternenklang" music and drawing merge. Percussionist Hannes Schöggl not only plays the best-known melodies from the family opera Amahl und die nächtlichen Besucher on his marimba, but also demonstrates the instrument's diversity. What does the dark night sky sound like? What does a starburst sound like? And what does a soft moonlight look like? We will explore all this and more with the spherical sounds of the marimba and our collection works at the joint musical drawing workshop in the mumok lounge.
