This year we are once again guests at the KinderKulturParcours in the MuseumsQuartier. On Saturday, 4 May, we will take you and your children and grandchildren into the world of musical theatre in our free workshops on the family opera Der kleine Prinz (The Little Prince)!

The sand trickles, it crashes and rattles - the story of The Little Prince begins with the emergency landing of a pilot in the Sahara. But what happens next? We embark on a musical journey from planet to planet and playfully immerse ourselves in the sounds of the family opera Der kleine Prinz. We meet a sheep, a snake and even migratory birds. We listen to the melodic songs and join in ourselves. And loudly!

The music of our family opera Der kleine Prinz sounds light as a feather and enchantingly romantic, but what does your own kingdom sound like? And what does your personal dream planet look like? We dive into an unknown world with many bright colours and let ourselves be inspired by works from the mumok collection, get to know fascinating mythical creatures together and create our own creative works of art.
